Emptiness

A hollowness welling up from deep inside us. A need for fulfilment. We have no idea what we are looking for, but we’ll know it when it arrives.

A total stranger. A few words by tuning in and you can feel their dept of want.

What is wrong with us?

Don’t we know what we need? What are we really looking for?

Love! Acceptance! Nourishment! Kindness!

We have someone with us, but still we search. We’re empty. On so many levels. We no not which way to turn.

Start with yourself. Love yourself to death.

All the rest will just fall into place.
